Best Ever Slow-Cooker Chilli

Cold weather is here! Yay! Also the return of tummy warming comfort food. Nom nom!!!! Here us our favorite chilli recipe. All of us seem to love it. If you try it out let me know what you think! 😉

I made a tri-tip the day before. Then cut it into cubes along with a green, red, yellow, and orange bell pepper onion and garlic. Then put all into crock pot.

While I was doing that I browned up some hamburger real good and drained off the grease. Added 1pack of Hot taco seasoning and make it just like your making tacos. When it’s ready add to Slow-cooker as well. And stir!

Then I added my beans, tomatoes , and seasonings gave it one more stir then put on the lid to sit while I got the rest of my to-do list taken care of! Lol

Here it is folks! I put everything in at about 12:30 and we ate out dinner at 6:30. I had it on high all day, and the meat was so tender and delicious. I made some corn bread muffins to have along with it

  2. Finish Browning your meat, drain and then add water and seasoning packet. Let that simmer a little.
  3. While it simmers grab your cans of beans and tomatoes and open them up. And dump into slow cooker. (Don’t drain the beans you want that liquid! )
